WFencing is Hiring: Part-Time Executive Director

WFencing is excited to announce an opening for our first Part-Time Executive Director — a remote, flexible role for a mission-driven leader ready to help shape the future of our organization.

About the Role

This is a contract (1099) position requiring 30-40 hours per month, fully remote, with compensation of $40-50/hour and growth potential tied to fundraising success. The initial term is six months, renewable based on performance.

What You'll Do

The Executive Director will drive fundraising strategy — including grant writing, partnership development, and building a sustainable funding pipeline — while also providing strategic leadership, volunteer coordination, and operational support to our Board.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with non-profit leadership or fundraising experience, or those ready to step into their first executive role. Familiarity with fencing or the broader sports ecosystem is a plus, but not a requirement.
