The 2025-26 Learning Pods, WFencing’s collaborative coaching online workshop series begin soon. Learning Pods are a professional development initiative designed to provide ongoing education, mentorship, and peer support for fencing coaches through structured monthly meetings.  Designed by women for women who were denied traditional access to coach education – we do welcome men to participate.  A small groups of coaches will gather online to discuss, share videos, offer best practices, and offer each other encouragement and suggestions. This is a collaborative learning model and a great networking opportunity.

Join us in the Learning Pods this year! Meetings are on the third Monday of the month, September through February, 1x/month, online via Zoom, starting at 12:00pm Eastern time for one hour.  Our first Learning Pod meets Monday, September 15th.

Learning Pod weapon-specific facilitators this year include: Adeline Chung-Feder (foil), Madison Fournier (saber), and Sandra Marchant (epee). The participation list is global and includes national coaches, club owners and professional coach developers.
