Vickie Miller has been serving for over 20 years in the non-profit sector. She is currently the proud mother of an NCAA fencing athlete and is heavily involved with the fencing community in Durham, NC.
Cathleen Ranndall is a veteran saber fencer and coach. She has been an active voice for women since long before the organization of WFencing. She currently serves MidSouth Fencing Club in multiple capacities.

Kathy Vail is the head coach and owner of Dunwoody Fencing Club in Dunwoody, Georgia. She is also a leader in the fencing community in high school fencing as the co-founder of the of the Georgia High School Fencing league. A frequent volunteer with USA Fencing, she is the current Region 6 coordinator and a past Spirit of Sport honoree.
Christine Griffith is the current Head Coach at Cleveland State after spending the last 11 years with the Rochester Fencing Club in Rochester, New York. In that time, she served as an Associate Head Coach of the sabre program, and as Head Sabre Coach since 2017. In addition, she was the Youth Development Coordinator since 2020. Her duties included leading individual and group instruction of the competitive sabre program, and the development of introductory, intermediate, and advanced youth programs.
Jennifer is a founding member of WFencing along side Vinnie Bradford and Iris Zimmerman. She is the Head Coach for MidSouth Fencing Club and the Chair of the Certification Accreditation Board for the US Fencing Coaches Association. Jennifer helped pioneer international women's saber fencing with the first USA Women's World Cup Saber Squad.
Founding member, Iris Zimmermann is a US Fencing Olympian and World Champion. She was a pioneer in USA women's fencing international success. In addition to serving on this board she is also the Vice President of US Olympians and Paralympians Association.
Tzro is the Head Fencing coach at Riverside Fencing Club in Massachusettes. He has a philosophy of dedication to the process of improving over chasing short-term results to achieve greater benefit over time.
